What Currency do you use?
All products at Lookfantastic.com are priced in UK pounds Sterling (£) GBP, however you will be charged by your credit card company in your local currency.How long will delivery take?
Our shipping rates and times are as follows.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 09:00 - 16.00 GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Orders placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday after 16:00 GMT will be processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Our orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post or via courier and should be delivered on the next working day or within in 48hrs. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.
International Orders are shipped using a combination of Airmail to the destination country and then via the local delivery service.
Trouble Placing an order?
If your card has failed please try the following:- Check that we accept the card you are trying
- Make sure that there are no spaces in the credit card number
- Check that you have entered the correct expiry date of the card (you do not need to enter a start date or issue number if your card does not have one)
- Ensure that you have entered the 3 digit Card Security Code from the back of your card
- Use another card
Returns Policy
We do accept goods back at ore-an ltd, however only in the following circumstances:- They have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-sealable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.
- We have sent the wrong products in an order (If this is the case we will cover all relevant postage costs).
- If you wish to return your goods, we will refund the value of the goods on receipt of them or exchange them if requested *

* If you wish to have an item exchanged for an item of higher value we will charge your nominated card for the difference plus Postage & Packing, otherwise any exchanged items will incur Postage & Packing charges.Please ensure that you include a note with your customer number or order number with all returned items.

We value your comments and would like to hear what you have to say about our products. So to save you time and effort, please be aware that we cannot post the following:- reviews without an email address (please do not put your email address as your display name!)
- reviews containing one word or reviews longer than 1,000 words
- remarks directed at other reviewers
- content not specific to the product
- sexually explicit or sexually gratuitous comments
- content which might be considered defamatory, blasphemous, racist or incendiary profane or spiteful remarks
- remarks that repeat criminal accusations
availability, price or alternative ordering or delivery information - reviews submitted by, or on behalf of, companies or Web sites
- advertisements or promotional material for other Web sites

Yes we do.If you prefer not to pay by credit card or if you do not have one we do accept payment by Cheque or money order.
All cheques should be made payable to: Ore-anbeauty.com Ltd and denominated in UK pounds Sterling. Cheques should be sent along with a copy of the order to:

To complete an order in this way, please shop as if you were going to pay by credit card. Find the product you want and add them to your basket. When you have all the products you need in your basket proceed to the checkout, before doing this you may want to print out the basket page so that you have a copy of your order and a copy that you can send along with your cheque. The checkout can be accessed via your basket by pressing on the proceed to checkout button. At the checkout you will be asked to give details of your credit card. Do not worry about entering any information, this procedure is only to lock your basket contents. You can also email orders@ore-anbeauty.com with a copy of your order and send a cheque in the usual manner.
Still not sure about ordering over the Internet?
Let us assure you though that our credit card system is totally safe and the likelihood of your card being fraudulently used is almost zero! Your credit card details will not be seen or handled by any person at Ore-anbeauty.com.We believe that there is no safer way to shop and even offer a money guarantee against fraudulent use of your credit card occurring whilst you shop at Ore-anbeauty.com. To date there has been no claims of fraudulent credit card use resulting from shopping at ore-anbeauty.com. If you would still rather pay by cheque or money order then you still can, but we advise against it as it not as safe for you.
